Mr. R. J. Landry
Mr. Landry was born and raised in Brooklyn and attended N.Y.C. schools. He has been a teacher since 1977, with the New York City school system since 1982, and working at Eleanor Roosevelt since the building opening in 2003. Prior to teaching at Roosevelt, Mr. Landry was the Director of Mathematics for the Chancellor's District, working to improve unsatisfactory schools. Prior to the working in the Chancellor's District, Mr. Landry taught at several high schools in New York City. Mr. Landry did undergraduate study at Columbia and graduate study at City having met the requirements for New York State Certification in Mathematics, Social Studies, and general science. He lives in Manhattan with his family.
